Chef Specialties

(Omi’s Favorites)

Schweinhaxe
This pork knuckle is the perfect combo! Slow roasted for a tender and juicy inside and then braised for a crispy skin. Served with our house made mustard.

Zweibelrosbraten
Slow roasted and braised pork butt. Topped with a mountain of crispy onion slivers. Pairs perfectly with spätzle and red cabbage.

Hauptgerichte (Entrees)

Every Entree come with your choice of two Sides.

Chicken Paprika
Sauteed chicken and onion reduced into a sweet paprika cream sauce. You don’t have to be from Hungary to love this dish!

Sauerbraten
Braised beef prepared in a tangy, sweet and sour gravy, marinated for three days to flavor perfection!

Rouladen
We tenderize beef, cover them with homemade mustard, pickle, onion, and bacon. Then roll them up. Labor intensive but made with love and an extra special brown gravy.

Stroganoff
A Traditional julienned beef, onions, mushrooms, and sour cream. This homemade delight puts any box recipe to shame. (Doesn’t come with noodles as is, but can be added as a side.)

Gulash
Wonderful cubes of braised beef, slow cooked with onions in that classic gravy that you love. Sure to satisfy everyone’s taste buds.

Schweinebraten
This slow-roasted, melt-in-your-mouth, pork roast is served in a light brown gravy with carrots and onions. Chef Heidi’s favorite dish! She recommends mashed potatoes and sauerkraut.

Bratwurst
Two links of German bratwurst we boil in beer and then pan-fry. Pair with your choice of homemade mustard or curry sauce. Both for $1 (Gluten Free)

Pflaumenkuchen | Plum Cake
It is Heidi’s signature dessert! It’s a pie you’ll want to stick you thumb in, but it’s a cake. But also, a crumble? Decide for yourself, but we can all agree it’s phenomenal!

Gugelhupf
Chocolate and vanilla come together in harmony. Choco-nilla swirl cake on a bed of chocolate topped with vanilla ice and homemade whipped cream.
